Patty has a beautiful way of planting the seeds of awareness, self-actualization, healing, self-worth, and empowerment. is captivating.
Patty’s love for others shines from deep within. It is physically apparent in her radiant smile; the first thing one notices about Patty. Her gifts of intuition, the ability to listen with consciousness, her ability to hear and then process both the words and essence of the story make Patty a natural and consistently effective coach.
Patty is able to GUIDE and lead her clients into their own personal awareness and then support them (for however long it takes) to make change and find clarity. In my case, Patty needed to literally support me with the tiniest baby steps forward after I unexpectedly found myself facing divorce after 38 years of marriage. I was broken apart and had lost myself entirely. I had no idea how to heal the anger, grieve the losses, and begin to craft a new life. My entire life had been shattered. I needed permission to be human, permission to be angry, and then help to create baby steps back to finding my true authentic self. Patty was at times gentle and at other times very strong. She was always supportive. She gave me the time I needed at each step of this long journey and yet every session moved me forward in some meaningful and necessary way. Patty has a beautiful way of planting the seeds of awareness, self-actualization, healing, self-worth, and empowerment. Once planted, she waters those seeds with care and lo and behold one day, they burst forth into reality. Freedom is a beautiful thing and Patty’s coaching style leads directly to helping her client be free to be exactly who they are meant to be on a soul level. Patty supports people into finding their own authentic self and then supports them into being able to actually live that self! She does not dictate the process she guides its’ evolution; it emerges organically with each session until it takes full strong root. At which point her clients bloom into bold, passionate, empowered people. She leads people to a place of being able to fully embrace all of their own personal potential. She has the ability to SEE and LISTEN and HEAR in heartfelt ways. That is a rare and precious gift. Patty is a coach of personal integrity and deep empathy who has a magical way of helping the most divergent client base find their own path to self-realization. She is amazing!
Her true gift is to guide one in finding their true passion.
Patty is, well, she is many things but Gifted is truly the word I must use to describe her. Patty is a former lawyer and like me, found herself yearning for a new journey. She went back to school and got a degree in Spiritual Psychology. I can use a lot of terms here to describe what she does for a living that all have the potential of sounding cliché. Such as life coach, career counselor, spiritual advisor, or guru but her true gift is to guide one in finding their true passion. To awaken each day with the intention of living your authentic self, to challenge those inner voices and ask “why not” instead of “why would I”. No easy task in this world of challenged economic times, and warped perceptions of what success means. But what it has meant for me is to challenge that fear from all those years ago that allowed me to walk away from what I loved. What I can say now is that I know I am and always have been a driven person who with the right alignment of belief in myself, matched with determination, will have much success living in the light of what I have always wanted to do. Yes, fear and insecurity still come up but now I have a conversation with it instead of being stifled by it.
Patty provides “a safe and nurturing space for me to flourish and reach my full potential.
My time with Patty has been invaluable. I look forward to our conversations because I love working with Patty. She is a source of wisdom, inspiration and creativity. I know Patty supports me in being my best because she has my best interest at heart. She believes in me and wants me to thrive and be my best self. Thus providing a safe and nurturing space for me to flourish and reach my full potential. I am eternally grateful to know and learn from such a magnificent (and funny) soul.
Patty helped me realize I had to do something to make a change in my life.
I reached a low point in my life where I was simply miserable and continually blaming the environment around me – mostly the firm, for the reasons as to why I was so unhappy. I carried this burden with me from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep. Interacting with colleagues, my managers, my wife and my children along the way – bringing everyone down around me. I realized I had to do something to make a change in my life. I just wasn’t sure what that was. Until one day my wife brought over the mother of one the kids from my son’s school, Patty. She was a corporate lawyer, when she took a leave to get her masters in spiritual psychology. With this she began working with professionals like me to help them find clarity in their life, happiness and most importantly Authenticity. This is the basis of Patty’s teachings – finding your authentic self. Once you show up authentically, you are free to be honest with yourself and those around you. You learn to let go of your judgments and take responsibility for how you show up at work every day. It’s not the environment, it’s not the firm and it’s not the people around you that are making you unhappy. It’s simply you. This is the most important thing that I have learned from Patty, and through this I have learned to take responsibility to find my authentic self.
Talking with Patty it became crystal clear what my values are and what makes me authentically happy.
I was torn between two routes and by talking with Patty it became crystal clear what my values are and what makes me authentically happy. From there, I was able to make a decision I was confident about. Having clarity in my decision, was a total relief and I couldn’t have gotten there on my own. I am feeling good about who I am and proud to be making choices that are in alignment with my goals. I am so very grateful and excited about the ongoing insights from our powerful conversation. Patty played a significant role in my decision making process. Her energy, intuition and knowledge is powerful! Patty is a phenomenal coach and I highly recommend working with her!
Patty taught me how to say no to people and situations that were stifling my confidence.
I have never met anyone who gets more joy out of helping others than Patty. She is compassionate, clever and authentic. The first time I sat down for a session with Patty I was in a place of confusion and uncertainty. A recent college graduate, I was attempting to wrangle with the disparity between what I saw my life becoming and what others saw for me. After hearing the beginning of my story Patty looked at me and said, “I want to help you learn that it is ok to give yourself permission to be you.” That statement had an important impact on me and I wondered how I was going to be able to listen to myself, when I was so used to getting my “permission” from others. Patty’s magnetism and sincerity made me feel comfortable opening up to her. I knew she “got me” immediately. Patty led me through a process that helped me to examine the anxieties keeping me from moving forward towards my authentic self. The way that Patty worked was incredible. We sat together for hours as she visually mapped out where I wanted to go and the ways that I could get there. Patty taught me how to say no to people and situations that were stifling my confidence. She helped me to realize that being perfect is not just doing what you should do but is doing what drives you. Once Patty helped me to cognitively reframe the way I was approaching moving forward in my life, she gave me concrete solutions that drove me into a place of action. While working with Patty I applied and was accepted into the graduate school that I felt was right for me, even though others in my life had differing opinions. I worked to stop partaking in toxic friendships. I made choices from an empowered place. In addition to being a coach, Patty is a fun-loving actress, mother and friend. She is an inspiring woman and mentor who helped me, in a short time, to reframe the way that I look at myself and my possibilities. Anyone would be lucky to work with Patty and would benefit immensely from her coaching. I am incredibly grateful to have her in my life.
She coached me into not only a whole new career, but also coached me into making sure my new career path was in alignment with my life path... most importantly.
I started working with Patty in October of 2012. I was at a place in my life + career where I was ready to make some significant long lasting changes. After I spent an afternoon talking to my good friend about the new and energizing direction her career was taking, I was interested to say the least. I have worked with various career and life coaches in my life and have a coaching certification. Patty listened very carefully to the information I gave her, but most importantly she listened to the information I didn’t give her. She coached me into not only a whole new career, but also coached me into making sure my new career path was in alignment with my life path... most importantly.
She coached me to finding my most authentic self so that I can make decisions whether big or small quickly and effectively. Patty was my greatest cheerleader and continuously reinforced the fact that I made the changes and I have the information within myself. I could go on and on, but here are a few of Patty’s quotes that she passed on to me...
“As Michelangelo said of David, “I saw an angel in the block of marble and I just chiseled ’til I set him free”.
“You are connecting to that part of you that has always been there, present and witnessing all; awaiting the day that you would return and remember who you really are”.
My personal favorite… “YOU ARE DOING IT!!!”
